One of every dieters problems when it comes to dieting is finding healthy recipe's and knowing not how much, fat, sugar and calories a meal has.
And I am one of these people, for one of my new years resolutions I wanted to lose a little weight and start eating healthier, this didn't start off so well, I kept saying I was going to do it and then go to the nearest Mcdonalds and have a pig out.
So I thought right Meme get some will power and go to the shop and get some healthy food in (as well as some Junk for Mr J) and I came across these three recipe books.
I have never been one for using cook/recipe books, but I thought if I know that this is healthy then I won't need to worry and won't give up so easy like I usually do.
I first came across 'The Hairy Dieters Book 3' and had a quick flick through and liked what I saw, all their meals are for healthier eating and cutting down on the bad things, and they have their own TV show, so I have seen their cooking and I have always wanted to give it a go!

All the recipe's in their book just look mouth watering, and I can't wait to try them and review them.
I have to say I never imagined I would be buying a cook book by two bikers but they are great cooks so all the better, and I like a man that can cook, and these are two men!
I wanted more than one cook book, so put the first one in my trolley/cart and kept on browsing and Sarah Wilson's 'I Quit Sugar' and 'I Quit Sugar For Life' recipe books stood out to me, and not because of the quitting sugar theme, because her covers were so artistic.
Her cook book's focus on recipes with none or minimal sugar, I have to say I don't think I could quit sugar as it is literally in everything, and I would have to spend so much money making everything from scratch, but her recipe's are healthier and look just as amazing as 'The Hairy Dieters'.
I Quit Sugar 'The 8 Week Program'
Sarah's books aren't all recipe's, they are also guides on how to read packaging and what's in food, and also what kind of person you are and what kind of food you should eat to suit your moods, I came out as a Kapha.
A Kapha has a strong, large body frame, curly hair; and thick, smooth, oily and hairy skin.In balance, you are calm, steady and patient, sleep well, have perfect digestion and enjoy life without worry. You're pretty laid back. When our of balance, your digestion can be slow, and you can be prone to weight gain, fluid retention, allergies, depression and excessive sleep. Kapha is an earthy dosha and can make you heavy and stagnant -you need firing up. Sarah's Wilson I Quit Sugar For Life
It then goes on how to balance Kapha and what foods to eat etc, these are such great books and have really great sugar free recipe's and the pictures just make you want to eat the pages.
