ReplyDeleteI've recently been looking into cutting added sugar out of my diet, I had no idea just how bad it was for you! I've spend a lot of time researching it online, looking at all the positive effects it has, and it's something i've really been thinking about giving a go. The only problem is, you wonder what you can eat with so much of the usual food I buy containing added sugar, it would be great to have one of these books and try out some nice recipes, maybe then I could commit to the sugar free diet completely!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the giveaway, love your blog :)
Thought I may as well enter ;) I'm a total sugar junkie, but I love nuts and your 'cheesecake' looked delicious!

Sugar has had it too easy for too long. Lurking in the shadows while its cousin Salt gets all the bad press. Lets give Salt a break and go after the real bad guy!

When it comes to changing your diet I like to think of it more as a lifestyle than diet I just really hate the word diet haha. Diabetes runs in my family so I have to watch my sugar and carb intake all the time. Once you go through about 1-2 weeks of changing your eating habits it gets a lot easier to say no to everything that is bad for you but tastes so good haha!
